Aesop and plant based restaurant Plates collaborated on Seasonal metamorphosis, a delectable transformation, from ingredient to dish. A series of dinners were hosted by Aesop and Plates with the idea of exploring the transformative journey of ingredients. With Plates creative director Keeley Haworth and executive chef Kirk Haworth, we focused on several key ingredients to created beautiful images. We documented their change from initial growth, through various treatments and cooking techniques, to a final work of art served on a plate. My role involved concept development, art direction and styling.
